5/04/09 - hmmm overwrote my blog.... sorry Cam :(

5/11/09 - I really hope Cameron enjoys this one... I feel like he has wanted me to focus on Morgan's and Logan's bags more than his as of late. He has really been trying so hard at baseball, just enjoying it ! He also has been showing me sides of maturity that go above and beyond. We had a family health crisis this week which required him to sit in the emergency room and just waste a good amount of time there. Never once did he complain, or ask "when are we leaving", and he constantly made sure his sister was entertained...even at his expense !! At one point when I was just sitting, collecting my thoughts, I was "thinking out loud" and must have said I was hungry...Cam looks at me and says " Papa, why don't you go and I'll stay here incase they call for you."... I wasn't sure what he meant so I asked and he says " I heard you say you were hungry and I want you to go get something to eat."... what a kid. So I decided nothing was to important and I took them all out so "we" could all eat and just be happy !!!

5/17/09 - Another good week for the Cam Cat, Baseball is just such a joy for him, I love watching how happy he is playing. I am so glad he chose to stay down in AAA for another year... I know he was upset at first, as some of his peers made comments that they were in the Majors and he was not. I think now he knows that he made the right choice in staying, as he is having fun because he doesn't struggle, as he would have if he went into the Majors. He went 3 for 3 this Saturday, with 2 doubles and a HBP ( Hit by Pitch )... told him that counts too...hahah ( he was ok ! ). Cam is also getting very excited for Morgans B-Day this month ( 28th ), he has been scouring Ebay looking for Digimon stuff to get for her.. he is a good brother.
