9/14/09 - Hmmmm... So I took a chance and used Georges Seurat as an inspiration for Logan's bags. I was very greatful that the kids were very understanding that I had to wait a couple weeks to get the lunch bags going again as it has been hectic to say the least. Logan has been working really hard at becoming better on his guitar and I love watching/listening to him practice... he really loves playing ! I figured a great tribute to him would be to create bags based off an image from one of the greatest guitarists of all time, David Gilmour... Although I am sure someday Logan will be amongst those who are great.

9/21/09 - Hard to believe summer comes to an end this week :( I will really miss just cruising around in the Jeep with the kids and hitting Sandy Neck and going off road. We had a great run and Logan had a good summer, I was just thinking about how much he has grown over the past 6 months...he's getting a deeper voice, so tall, and yet still my little boy. He had a tough nightmare this weekend and after he went back to sleep I watched him rest, he looked so peaceful and to me he looks the same as he did when he was still in his crib and I would wake up to watch him sleep. I was always so nervous so I would watch him for hours and it was so peaceful... it was a time of solace.... I still get that feeling when I watch him now.... They grow so fast.....

9/28/09 - Logan got to see his cousins from Oklahoma this past weekend, he's a "tad" bit younger then they are ( they are my age : ) but he was really making me proud how he played and kept Morgan company all day while we all tended to family things. When we were out to eat, at the Quahog Republic, he took Morgan down to the beach there and played volley ball.. later that night he was being her "punching bag" as she was being very rough...but he never complains, he just lets her enjoy herself and acts like the loving, protecting brother I would want him to be. He is growing into the role of "older" brother and setting such a good example for others to learn from.
